Every day the weather here in the Hudson Valley is more vivid, more alive. I can’t believe I’m saying this already, but I feel spring around the corner. Is Persephone starting her ascent?

A message for women:

If you’re looking for a way to celebrate the Spring Equinox this year, join me for a powerful activation of the Sacred Heart. We will be gathering in the Hudson Valley March 21-24 with space for 15 women—9 overnight and 6 commuters. We will rejuvenate, nourish ourselves, engage in practices to open the subtle body and awaken the sacred dimension of the heart.
