Dear Friends,

I’m here for all of it. What a crazy time to be alive. I’m here for this election. I’m here to elect the first woman president (Jesus, seriously). I am here clear-eyed about how corrupt and decrepit our political system is…both sides…full stop. And I’m here with patience and LOVE to rebuild it.

I will vote for Kamala tomorrow…and I’m excited about that. I’ll take my daughter with me to the polls, then afterwards, we’re volunteering at an election night open house at the local public library. I just love how civilized that feels. To participate in democratic process with neighbors and then enjoy some coffee and sweets—regardless of how we all voted.

Coming Home is on tomorrow at Noon EST as usual. Come one, come all. I plan to lead us through a grounding meditation to help us all stabilize our nervous systems and open our hearts. It’s an offering to the collective field that needs it now. Come help us send light into the darkest corners of the system!
