Dear Friends,
Join me tomorrow for the final class on the heart chakra. We will explore the different dimensions and directions of the heart. I’d love to offer you a chance to really FEEL how many modes the heart has. It really is the governor of our experience…the supreme seat of our soul’s journey.
We will explore 3 polarities and how the heart can hold the whole spectrum of experience without contradiction. In each dimension, one of the poles serves to “HOLD” the other:
The bottom of the heart is the depth of the heart, it is connected to the earth and the profundity of life. It holds/anchors the top of the heart which is connected to elation, optimism, hope.
The back of the heart is where our ancestors and the great masters hold and support us; where we connect to the past. It holds the front of the heart, where we can feel a connection to courage, joy, connection to others.
The left side of the heart is receptive and yielding, soft, and fulfilled. It holds the right side, which is active, passionate, yearning.
The center of the heart is silent and the nature of the heart is compassionate, blissful and wise…KNOWING.
