Dear Friends,
I hope this note finds you well tonight wherever you are. It’s an intense time for so many. I’m finding myself impacted daily by what’s happening around the world and also in my own relationships. I notice the reverberations and the resonances inside and outside me. I notice more tension and anxiety in ordinary exchanges. I notice grief—expressed and numbed.
I’m making an effort to check in on friends and family and relying on my practices more than ever. I hope you’ll join me this week for some of these offerings and for the company of like-hearted souls.
The meditations—Tuesday and Thursday—are very beautiful and always healing. The breathwork and Tibetan yoga offering on Wednesday morning is new and an experiment. I do this practice myself almost every day, so I thought I’d put the camera on and invite whoever wants to join to do so one day a week. The series, called Nejang, is very accessible and easy for any body to do. I’ll say more about it on Wednesday and maybe write something here about the beauty of working with the yoga of Tibet to refine the subtle body and our direct experience of it.
As most of you know by now, all of my online weekly offerings are pay-what-you-feel. The suggested value exchange is $15-20, but you can pay what feels right to you and for your budget. Paid subscribers to this newsletter needn’t pay additionally. Thank you for your ongoing support! Payments can be sent to ElizabethSchuyler-Brown on Venmo or schuyler@artofemergence.com on PayPal.
