It can be hard to explain what I do when I work with people 1:1. I don’t find that talking *about it* is very productive or accurate, so I thought I’d give anyone who is curious a chance to experience it directly.

This week, I’ve opened the calendar to offer 13 complimentary mini 1:1 sessions to anyone who is interested. These sessions will be 30-minutes in duration and will take place on ZOOM. You can bring a current challenge or big feelings or uncertainty and we will breathe into it together, see what arises, explore the feelings and see if we can’t “see” it a bit differently as a result.

Of course, it takes more than 30 minutes to solve life problems and explore our inner worlds…or does it? Time is essential in the healing process (time heals all wounds) and not so relevant other ways (miracles, for example, happen outside of linear time). Healing depends on many factors. What IS possible in 30 minutes is two people enjoying a space of presence and intimacy and curiosity together in service to something higher. THAT is entirely possible. I want to offer you THAT.

If you like the work, we can continue with 1:1 sessions. So you know, my rate for 1:1 work is $200-$300/session (sliding scale) and I recommend a weekly commitment to start. I will be offering a 20% discount on the first four (one month) 1:1 sessions to anyone who signs on as a result of this trial. Or you might want to join the upcoming small-group cohort for healing and transformation that starts in May (start date is currently up in the air as the cohort forms). There is absolutely no obligation, so even if you know you can’t do 1:1 sessions right now, but you are curious and would like to know my work and me more deeply, sign up.
