POEM: Transmillennial Consorts By Schuyler Brown March 2024 Darling, It’s been a long time. Maybe decades or even an eon since we last met like this-- here in the heart. Masterful articulation of an ancient practice, based on natural law. I am yours, and you are mine. I am mine, and you are yours. Perfected over time... Now, we know all the steps to this cosmic dance. Every lifetime brings more grace, more confidence, more faith. Closer to the truth, closer to you, closer to me-- beyond those distinctions. Dissolving and rising in love. Ah! What a realization! Transmillennial consorts come together again and again... So familiar. To refine the ways of love; the way life loves itself, and lives by loving. Come together to birth worlds; designed by the heart, steeped in wisdom, resonating at the frequency of evolution; a revolution of the wheel of time. The practice is sacred geometry in human form. Bodies in motion, bodies at rest in each others arms for all time or at least until we get it right really right And then? You are the most resilient being, alway walking into battle. And I am resilient, too. Destroyed, over and over again. It's a kind of battle: breaking down illusion. Once, you had long hair. I felt it between my fingers as I braided it for war. Your focus and determination... my grasp of the whole... My insistence on perfection. We’re a match made in heaven. My only pain now is in the forgetting. Losing each other for whole lifetimes-- or parts of the whole. The separation is brutal, but necessary. As we spin through experience, chiseling the masterpiece, finding a body in the stone, or a needle in a haystack... Come to think of it, maybe even the forgetting is part of the blessing of remembering again. Of finding our way back to this: the ultimate gift and teaching on non-attachment. ~~~
